Sex Sells

I have been reviewing some CPA offers through Roirocket and noticed that there was one campaign which converted exceptionally well. It is a free course on how to make money with Ebay. The customer pays $1.67 shipping free and they get a full Ebay course delivered to them by snail mail. (US only) They pay a whopping $40. commission for every person who opts to pay the $1.67 shipping fee. I did a small test and sold two immediately with only 49 clicks. They must have some serious backend marketing and upselling going on to justify such a great payout. (By the way if you want to learn all about CPA marketing check out my video review of Alex Goad’s course.

Anyway I was looking through the banners they offered to promote their program and here are some of the choices. Tell me which one you think would convert the best.

Yes, I know it is a no brainer but it is amazing how sex is used to sell almost anything. Here it is selling a kit on how to make money on Ebay. Your comments are appreciated. Much Success, Matthew Meyer.

That’s because they bill the opt-ins outrageous monthly fees which are alomost impossible to cancel. The get alteast $140 from each $1.67 opt-in that’s why their able to pay AFF so much per offer.

There’s a google kit going around for the same amount that’s similiar for the customer, they pay $1.67 and start to recieve $70-80 dollar charges on their credit cards and when they try to cancel it’s like trying to get the presidents private cell phone number, won’t happen.

Thanks for your comment Lance. Wow! That really seems like a weak business model. Just making it tough to cancel recurring payments. I cannot believe that is all there is to it. People can always dispute the charges which would give them chargebacks. I use recurring billing on some products and I have not only a link where they can cancel but one guy I hire to may sure they are cancelled. This is to avoid the chargebacks. They must have some other upsells they use as well. Maybe a call center?
