I have set up search engine friendly directories which have specific categories. Just place your ad in the appropriate category and your ad will be permanent on my sites.

Most of my sites have an Alexa of under 100,000 one of them has an Alexa ranking of 18,000.

This means that there are only 18,000 sites busier than this one out of the billions of sites on the internet.

My sites are highly indexed by the search engines so you will get your ads indexed according to the keywords in your ad and the category you choose. Each directory is separate so you have to register with each one to place your ad.

So go here now and start placing your free ads on all of my sites. If you have more than one site you can place ads for as many as you wish.

Have your keyword, content rich, videos, blogs, social media, podcasts, rss feeds, answer sites, twitter and twitteresh services all screaming relevantly to Google to list you. Do not be put off by their somewhat simple amateurish site. They do not have the slick presentation that Traffic Geyser does but they deliver far more. 2nd Kick Butt Google Adwords Alternative-Pay Per View Traffic

I have been having some luck with pay per view traffic. Basically pay per view traffic is spy ware gone legit. Pay per view networks have developed millions of users of free software or internet tools. The network I am working with at Realppvtraffic.com has over 5 million users. These users have agreed (usually many times) to receive keyword targeted advertising in exchange for using the free tools. When they search the internet on any search engine for say “cars.” If your ad has chosen the keyword cars your website will pop up right in front of them. You can target your traffic by keyword and country. It converts surprisingly well. Your full website is shown to the viewer not just an ad. This traffic is also way cheaper! You can get ppv traffic for as little as $.01 per view at my site Realppvtraffic.com. Yes, I own it and I will make money if you purchase traffic from this site. I hope you make money too! This traffic is much less expensive than the 30 cents to $5. per click you can pay with Google Adwords.

The only downside to ppv traffic that I see now is that it is not good for city local advertising. There simply are not enough users in the network in each city to get a significant local presence. But the good news is that it is way easier to dominate the local listings than worldwide listings in Google natural listings (See Adwords Alternative number 1.)

Do not forget about those folks down under. They are very good internet buyers. I have tested Yahoo Search Marketing US,UK and Australia for the exact same campaigns and keywords. I was very interested to see that the Australian traffic was cheaper and more importantly converting better than the US or UK traffic. I guess there is less competition in the marketplace. So if you have products and services that you can sell down under do not neglect this market. You even change what you are selling to accomodate the market. Sometimes I do this. We get so involved in trying to sell what we are selling we never think in just selling something else which works better. If Yahoo Search Marketing Australia works better than US or UK then lets find some stuff to sell those buyin’ Aussies!

As an American you have to set up a US account first and then ask permission for the other country accounts. It takes a few days but unlike Google they are pretty good with their communication and will deal with you like a real customer. How nice!

Many times if your url is too long it gets broken in links and your potential readers will never get to your website. Shorter and simpler is always better.

1. You will learn a whole heck of a lot hanging out with other like minded professionals in your business. Do not underestimate this! You might start forum marketing because you want lots of valuable backlings to your website in the forum signature. However once you start posting and responding you will find out how much you will learn! This is one of the best schools out there and it is free!

2. You will receive valuable backlinks and traffic to your website. Understand first that advertising is not permitted on forums. The only place that you are allowed to advertise is in your signature file. You must make relevant comments and really be a part of the discussion. Do not join a forum and just say “great post” or “good idea.” This is considered forum spam. Really read the content and become a part of the forum community. That being said, you are allowed a link back to your website in the signature file.

Forums are generally considered authority sites and get indexed very rapidly in the search engines according to the keywords in the posts. These posts are generally permanent or long term relevant (if you follow the advice above) links back to your website from high traffic authority websites in your niche.

Forums are busy places. Members will also see you signature file and click on your link as well if it interests them. Since I only suggest joining forums which are related to your niche this is a high probability.

3. If you really make quality posts over a long term YOU will become an authority on your niche. This gives you more credibility in your market.

4. Forum marketing is fun!! If you are passionate about your subject you can really get caught up in the fun of interacting and sharing ideas with your peers. Be careful it is addictive!

Here is a list of internet marketing, webmaster type forums which allow you to have a signature file in your posts. I eliminated all of the forums which do not allow you to have signatures. I believe that if you are willing to take the time to contribute intelligent relevant content to a forum the least you should get is a link back to your site. I know many owners do not want any type of advertising at all in their forum except their own paid ads. I choose not to spend my time on these forums.

Here is a hint for those who promote just affiliate programs. Many forums do not allow affiliate links in the signatures. The answer to this is to simply to your own domain, some cheap hosting and make a simple webpage with your favorite programs on it. You can then make the signature link to your own domain rather than the affiliate link.

If you are an affiliate and you do not have your own domain, website and you are not building your own mailing list with an autoresponder program and I not believe you can be successful.
