I like the fact that he is not promising a get rich quick scheme. Internet marketing takes time and diligence but you indeed can make a great living from this profession if you pay your dues. Yeah, you heard me right. Pay your dues! How many internet marketing gurus tell you that you have to pay your dues!! LOL.

Nothing worthwhile is easy. If you are looking for easy money keep dreaming and play the lotto.

Basically Ewin Chia is going to teach you to promote other people’s products and earn a passive income. It will start slowly and build up.

Basically, if you join the Pro Plus Version (which I recommend) you can send your ad out to over 90,000 members every other day.

I have been getting between 15-30 clicks on my links and even some sales activity each time I send out my ads. Considering the top membership is only $19.95 per month this is real quality inexpensive advertising. You can also join free but it is a better value to join the Pro plus version.

This is a real solid safelist offering real consistent results. There are no spam issues. The members all confirm opt in and all the emails are sent from their well maintained servers. Just compose your email and click send.

Being able to send out solo mailings every other day to over 90,000 confirmed opt in subscribers for only 19 bucks a month is really a great deal. You could easily pay $200 for just a one time blast to a list like this. I highly recommend the Business World service.

I believe this is a great service to add to your arsenal of advertising resources.

On this blog post Kern claims to have a special secret source of traffic which blows away Google so that you do not even have to think about Google anymore. Screw em! To learn about this secret source of traffic it would only cost me $1. But here is the catch. I am automatically subscribed to Info Marketing Monthly which will be conveniently billed to me for $97. per month until I cancel.

At least I know the deal. As long as I remember to cancel this will only cost me one dollar. Of course if Kern’s Info Marketing Monthly is so awesome I might decide it is worth continuing at $97. per month. So I paid the $1. and downloaded the pdf file, Screw Google.

So what is this secret source of traffic that makes Google obsolete? Yahoo Search Marketing. Not really a big secret Frank. I have tested this platform quite a bit and it has never converted as well as Google Adwords. And I really wanted it to! Because Frank is right Yahoo is way easier to deal with than Google. They actually want your business.

Upon further reading of the PDF Frank recommends tracking your campaigns so that you can tell exactly which keywords are converting to sales. He recommends the tracking service Tracking202.com. This service will tell you which keywords in your campaigns are converting to sales. This way you can stop paying for low converting keywords and focus you ad spending. I had not been doing this with my Yahoo campaigns so maybe this could make the difference between making money and losing money with PPC.

Kern also recommends leaving the content match section of Yahoo search marketing unchecked. This means that your ad will only be on the Yahoo network and not on other sites. He says this type of traffic converts better. I had the content match section on during my unsuccessful campaigns. Perhaps this could make the difference between a successful campaign or a failure.

Overall the members area is full of very good information. It is definitely worth risking the $1. I am not sure I will continue for the $97. per month. I do appreciate the tweeks I learned about Yahoo Search Marketing. Be careful though, it is tricky making money with PPC. You really have to have a product which already converts extremely well. To his credit, Frank does cover this topic first and in detail with his “Screw Google System.”

If you register, which is free, you also get stats on your new shortened url. You can see how many people clicked on your link and where they clicked from. All this is free. Many times if your url is too long it gets broken in links and your potential readers will never get to your website. Shorter and simpler is always better.

This service is free and the urls do not have any ads on them so you are not sending your visitors somewhere else.

Scriptlance is basically a job web tech programmer board. You have the webmasters on one side and the programmers service providers on the other. You post your job on the Scriptlance job board according to the category you need and the providers start bidding on your project.

I am always amazed how fast I get responses. Within minutes I have talented web techs from all over the world bidding on my project. I then get to choose which one I want to hire. After I choose, Scriptlance has an escrow system where I place a small deposit for the service provider to show him some good faith. We then communicate by the online message board system and/or email.

The beauty of the Scriptlance system is that both sides get to review each other. I get to review the providers performance and the provider gets to review me as an employer. This way both sides are on their best behaviour. A few times I have rehired programmers off of the Scriptlance system that I had previously used with Scriptlance. Big mistake! Once they are not able to be reviewed your project goes to the end of the line!

Before you accept a bid from a provider you can read his reviews and usually see a sample of his work. Sometimes I choose a hungry programmer who is just starting on the board if I think he has what it takes. Other times the more experience.

The key to success with Scpriptance is:

1. Have very clear instructions written before you place your job. Know exactly what you want and communicate this in clear step by step instructions.
2. After you hire your provider be available for clear communication.
3. Pay promptly once the job is done! This will get YOU great reviews and make it easier for you to hire programmers in the future. Take care of business!

4. Write a good review if you were satisfied with the services rendered. Many of the programmers value the review you write as much or more than the fee for the specific job. This helps them get jobs in the future. I never write negative reviews. If I am not satisfied I just do not write a review. Maybe I am wrong but this is how I do it. My goal is not to hurt someone but to get the job done.

I have been extremely satisfied with the quality, speed and price of the work done for me on Scriptlance. Many of the programmers are very different countries where the cost of living is much lower. The average salary in Thailand is about $400. per month. If you have a project for $300. this is quite a bit of money. Most of my projects are small and I pay from $35-$100.
